Yes, certainly having some historical knowledge for our brand discussions is very helpful. Our friends at Piaget have kindly relayed some intriguing information about their case manufacturing history. They confirmed that Piaget did make some 14K gold case...

Unfortunately, I don't know any more than what I posted previously. I've personally never handled or seen an Aleure in the metal. Perhaps, a Piaget collector or historian of the brand would find an Aleure piece valuable in some way, but I've not heard of ...
