Photos in the original post...

01) Neopan 100, f/5.6 at 1/500 second (protect filter only)
02) Neopan 100, f/5.6 at 2 seconds (ND3.0 filter and protect)

Regarding my reply, "Here's a couple of more for fernando...", below is a similar angle to the first photo in the reply without ND filter.  The filter holder was still on the lens (minus the filter) so we got the same blockage.  Definitely the 28mm lens...

Lovely overcast day on the promenade... 50mm at f/5.6 the first at 1/500 second and the second at 2 seconds using a 3.0 ND filter... plus a final look back. This was essentially an exposure test series using the guideline suggested by the filter maker. Ta...

Slight preference....

for the second image as there are less people obscuring the architecture which I feel is the point of the image. Cheers, Filip

and only 2 seconds exposure...

People move quickly... think what 4 or 8 seconds would have brought... note to self... try a shot at f/8 or f/11 ; )

I’m in Tokyo now.

Reminds me of our enjoyable stay there on our last was like going back to another era. Why did you use a 50mm and not something wider? Thanks for sharing the pics. and information. Best fernando

Hahaha, what can I say, 50mm is my favorite...

I did take two or three shots with the 28... all are scanned, but I haven't checked each frame yet... It's a great building / location. My first time to photograph the exterior since the renovation.

Here's a couple of more for fernando...

 By: cshimokita : May 10th, 2018-01:14
At least one of them might be taken with an AI'ed Nikkor-H 2.8cm f/3.5 For the most part I don't take field notes. Edit: let's assume the first photo is was made with the 28 due to the blocking by the filter holder in the corners... ...

Will be interesting to see
